While you’re out
Every hour is cared for.
Feeding, water, grooming and warmth that keep going when you can’t. Everything here takes over one hour of the day.

Which of these do I actually need?
Which of these do I actually need?
Pick by the hour you keep missing, not by the animal. If breakfast is the problem, that's the Morning shelf. If it's the nine hours you're at work, that's Out. Tell us the hour and we'll tell you the product — or that you don't need one.
How do I get the size right?
How do I get the size right?
Measure, don't guess from weight. For the vest and the jacket, measure the chest at its widest and the spine from collar to tail base. If you're between sizes, email us the measurements and we'll tell you which one.
Are these safe to leave running while I'm out?

That's what they're for, and it's what we check before stocking anything. Each product page carries a “worth knowing” note with the real trade-offs — the feeder isn't silent, the litter machine takes most cats a few days to accept. We'd rather you knew that before you ordered.
How long does delivery actually take?
How long does delivery actually take?
About nine days, door to door. Your order is processed in roughly two days and then ships direct — that is slower than Amazon and we would rather say so here than surprise you later.
You get a tracking link the day it leaves. If tracking hasn't moved in five days, email us and we'll chase it.
Can I track it?
Can I track it?
Yes. A tracking link goes out by email the day your order ships, and it stays live until it lands.
What if it doesn't work out?
What if it doesn't work out?
Send it back within 30 days for a full refund. “The cat refused to use it” is a perfectly good reason and we hear it often. That's on top of the 14-day right of withdrawal you have under EU law, not instead of it.
